The team at Pixel Design Studio are pleased to announce their latest creation; the Ugly Cars website designed and created for The Ugly Car Company, a local taxi firm based in Sussex. The site has been a total success for both Pixel Design Studio and The Ugly Car Company, generating plenty of hype for the new business and picking up Pixel Design studio their first web design award. (Well 3 actually! )

After completing the site, we were so pleased with the results we thought we would submit it to No Limit Media, a web design award site that acknowledges well constructed websites. After receiving the award we thought why not do some digging about and find out if there were any other organisations that accredited web designers for their work.

Well that was a few weeks ago and we have now picked up 3 awards including a Gold World Wide Web Award from the American Association of Webmasters. We were extremely pleased with this award due to their strict judging and scoring system. The awards they currently offer are:

• Humanitarian  Award
• Patriotic Award
• Bronze Award
• Silver Award
• Gold Award
• The Platinum Award

Ok so we didn’t quite make the Platinum award but hey, it put a smile on our faces

 We also picked up the ‘Marketme‘ webmaster award, another award that requires your site to meet a strict criteria in order to win.

At last we have launched our web hosting site, Pixel Internet. It seems like ages ago sinse we decided to offer our hosting services from a stand alone site, but at last it looks like we are ready to go!

Pixel Design Studio have been supplying web hosting since June 2006, at first supplying only to our web design clients, however after high demand we thought we should offer our services to all. By creating Pixel Internet we are able to supply great value UK web hosting using state-of-the-art equipment whilst maintaining the fast technical support we were able to offer our web design clients. We now have a dedicated sales and support team on hand to assist in pre-sales and technical support enquiries 24/7.

This project has been managed by myself, Ken (the man who never sleeps) and I am managing the hosting side of things.

The head office for Pixel Internet is based in Worthing, West Sussex, along with our web design studio. All servers and our technical support is managed from our state-of-the-art, secure data centre in Nottingham.
